In general, we assume that you are managing installation of ictime via the Universal PlugIn Manager (UPM) of JIRA. General information on managing JIRA plugins can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Add-ons.

Disable

In JIRA, go to

Administration - Add-ons - Manage Add-ons

Look for ictime, click on it and click on the "Disable" button.

Uninstall

Warning: Although you are not going to loose your work logs, as they are stored in the JIRA database, and although usually an uninstall of plugins in JIRA does not delete data of the plugin (that means that all ictime data, configuration etc. would not be deleted), we can't guarantee that you don't loose data and configuration managed by ictime for all work logs when uninstalling the plugin. If you want to exclude any risk to loose data, please ensure to backup your system and database before.

In JIRA, go to

Administration - Add-ons - Manage Add-ons

Look for ictime, click on it and click on the "Uninstall" button.
